I recently stayed at the Newly Remodeled - Key Colony apartment in Miami and had a wonderful time. The location was fantastic, with beautiful facilities and a fine beach just steps away. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, and I loved being able to relax and enjoy a barbecue there. The staff, especially the friendly guards at the entrance and pool, made me feel welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for a great beach getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was great, with very clean bedsheets and towels provided. The hotel facilities, including the pool area and the beach, were excellent. The location on the beach was super convenient, with a pedestrian walk path from the apartment building entrance. The staff, including the friendly guards at the entrance and at the pool, made us feel welcome. We also loved the availability of food and drinks at the pool area and the shop on the hotel, offering delicious sandwiches, fresh fruit, coffee, and smoothies.
No negatives from this place.

The beachfront location of this apartment is truly stunning. Guests can enjoy the pool area and the beautiful beach just steps away from the property. The apartment itself offers clean and comfortable bedrooms with nice bed linen and towels. Additionally, the kitchen facilities are well-equipped, perfect for preparing meals. The friendly guards at the entrance and pool area provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Some aspects of the apartment, such as the outdated buildings and occasional maintenance issues, could use improvement.

The location was perfect, right by the pool and the beautiful beach. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the convenience of the kitchen facilities and the shop in the property had delicious sandwiches and fresh fruit. The friendly guards at the entrance and by the pool made us feel safe and welcome.
The entrance to the parking garage had a height restriction, so our van couldn't fit. However, the property security was helpful in finding us alternative parking nearby.

We stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Key Colony. The property was impeccably clean, and the pool area and beach were both fantastic. The two large bedrooms had comfortable beds, and the bed linen and towels were fresh and clean. The kitchen facilities in the apartment looked great, although we didn't have the chance to use them. We loved the pedestrian walk path that led from the apartment building entrance to the pool and beach through beautiful gardens. The guards at the entrance and by the pool were friendly and helpful. We also had a great experience with the food and drinks at the pool area and the shop on the property.
